The fuck does it need a tilt column for? It's a Hupmobile, a brand that literally sold itself on being cavernous inside and having big doors to get in and out. Adjusting for better room/fit... not really a thing here, except insofar as you might want to tilt it forward to pretend you're driving a motorhome.

It does have some fit and finish issues that will need to be addressed. Door jambs will need to be added over the carpet so it doesn't leak.
Hell, I'd just take the carpet out—it's a rat rod after all.
